Terms and Conditions

These terms cover quotations, orders and the supply of AERLO Bath products. They apply unless a signed agreement or the order contract for a particular order says something different — in that case the order contract takes precedence.

Quotations

Quotations are prepared for the specification, quantity and destination you give us. The validity period and any conditions are stated on the quotation itself. If any of those details change, the price and lead time may change with them, and we will confirm the revised figures with you before you commit.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it to you in writing and, where a deposit applies, the deposit has been received. Please check the specification on the proforma invoice when you receive it — that document records what will be produced.

Prices and trade terms

Prices are quoted on the trade term stated on your quotation — EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF or DDP. On EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF terms, duties, taxes and destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility. On DDP terms, delivery to the agreed destination, customs clearance and inland transport are handled by us. Port of loading: Ningbo, Zhejiang.

Payment

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C and major credit cards. The terms that apply to your order — deposit and balance timing, and the payment method — are confirmed with your quotation and shown on the proforma invoice. See what payment terms we accept.

Lead time and shipping

Lead time depends on the order composition and is confirmed at quotation stage rather than quoted as a general figure. Production is scheduled once the order and the deposit are in place. Staged deliveries can be arranged for project orders. Full detail is on our lead time and shipping and packaging and shipping pages.

Specification

Goods are supplied to the specification agreed at quotation — dimensions, stainless steel grade, surface finish and outlet configuration as confirmed. Where you supply the specification, or approve a sample, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information and for confirming that the product suits the intended application and local requirements.

Quality and claims

Every order is checked against the agreed specification before shipment, and inspection records are available on request. How a claim is raised and resolved is set out in our refund and claims policy.

Samples

Samples are free of charge and dispatched within 7 days. Sample freight is paid by the buyer in advance and credited to your first order.

Artwork, logos and private label

Where you supply artwork, a logo or a design for custom or private-label production, you confirm that you hold the rights to use it and that producing it does not infringe the rights of a third party. We do not produce goods bearing another party’s brand or a protected design without that party’s authorisation.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s commercial information, drawings and specifications confidential and uses them only for the purpose of the order.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, industrial action, transport interruption or regulatory action. The affected party will tell the other promptly and the parties will agree how to proceed.

Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction applying to an order are recorded in the order contract for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one confirmed with your quotation.
