What We Check on Every Order
- Dimensions — overall length, width and height measured against specification
- Stainless steel grade — material confirmed against the specified grade
- Surface finish — brushed, polished or coated finish consistency across the batch
- Mechanical function — grate seating, frame adjustment range, hair trap access
- Sealing surfaces — flange integrity and flatness for membrane bonding
- Packaging — protection appropriate to the shipping method and handling on site
Sampling Policy
Inspection is carried out on a sampling basis against the order quantity. For project orders requiring full inspection, this can be arranged and documented before shipment.
