How We Work
Every order follows the same five steps, from first enquiry to shipment.
- Enquiry and requirement check. Send your product list, drawings or specification. We confirm sizes, outlet positions, finishes and quantities before quoting.
- Specification and quote. We reply within 24 hours with pricing, availability and lead time.
- Samples. Samples are free of charge and dispatched within 7 days. Freight is paid by the customer in advance and deducted from your first order.
- Production and inspection. Every order is inspected against the confirmed specification before it ships, with inspection records available on request.
- Documentation and shipment. Export documentation including CE and ISO certificates, with the port of loading at Ningbo, Zhejiang.
Lead Time
There is no minimum order quantity. Lead time depends on the quantity band below.
