What we collect
Information you give us. When you send a quote request or contact form we receive the fields you complete — typically your name, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number (if you provide it), country, and the product requirement you describe (product type, size, quantity, finish, outlet configuration, application, destination, delivery terms and any documentation you ask for). If you email or message us, we receive the content of that correspondence.
Technical information. Our hosting and network providers generate standard server logs when the site is used — for example IP address, browser type, the pages requested and a timestamp. These are used to keep the site available and secure.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send your quotation, and to answer your questions
- To arrange samples, orders, production and shipment
- To keep records of orders and correspondence for accounting and quality purposes
- To keep the website working and protected against abuse
Legal basis
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the basis that it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our business, and on your consent where you have given it (for example by submitting a form).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and fulfil orders, and only as far as needed:
- Hosting and content delivery — Hostinger, and Cloudflare for network delivery and security
- Site software — LiteSpeed Cache (page caching) and WPForms (form handling)
- Email delivery — WP Mail SMTP, so that form submissions reach our inbox
- Translation — if you use the language selector, page content is processed by the GTranslate service (powered by Google Translate)
- Shipping — where an order is shipped, the delivery details needed by the freight forwarder or carrier for that shipment
These providers may process information outside your country, including in the European Union, the United States and Asia. Where a transfer requires safeguards, we rely on those offered by the provider concerned.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and quotation records are kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up the conversation again. Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting, warranty and quality purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to our use of it, and you can ask for a copy in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies and similar storage so that it works — for example remembering your language selection, and caching pages so they load quickly. We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking, and we do not sell data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work as intended. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry records is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card details or other sensitive credentials by email or through a form — we will never ask you for those by email.
