Spares for Projects
For hotel and multi-unit projects, ordering a percentage of spare grates and inserts with the main order avoids delays later — damaged grates on site are common, and a matching spare in the same finish is difficult to source separately after the project closes.

If you need a replacement part, send us:
- The model reference if known, or a photograph of the drain
- The dimensions (channel length and width)
- The finish required
- The quantity
